Founder and principal of EJD Law Group, Elan Dunaev is an experienced transactional attorney and litigator representing clients throughout California. Having strong negotiation and litigation skills allow Mr. Dunaev to handle all types of matters in the areas of construction, insurance defense, insurance coverage, business, real estate, and personal injury. His focus on detail and organization leads to positive results for his clients in complex legal matters.

Prior to founding EJD Law Group, Mr. Dunaev worked for a civil litigation law firm in Orange County representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Dunaev believes his clients deserve an attorney with the necessary skills and experience, but more importantly, an attorney they can trust. His practice is based on the core values of transparency, honesty, and respect. Mr. Dunaev prides himself on giving all of his clients the one-on-one attention they deserve, while still providing superb legal representation.

Mr. Dunaev received his Juris Doctor in 2015 from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. During his time at Western State University, in addition to obtaining his Juris Doctor, Mr. Dunaev also received a Business Law Certificate. Mr. Dunaev graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2012, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies. In addition to English, he is also fluent in Russian.

Mr. Dunaev is licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts in California.
